Exceptional veterinary services. We have been provided services and support from Dr Richard Thomas, Dr Helen, and two other vets over the years (and all the lovely vet nurses and reception staff). The clinic is professional, and the staff are very caring. The services are second to none. Daisy, Basil, and Molly all say ‘Thank you!
Needed to use the after-hours emergency service for our dog. Wonderful, caring vet — treated our little man as if he were his own. Ongoing care was excellent. We have been using Cairns Veterinary Clinic for 30 years and have always found them to be caring, compassionate, reliable, and easy to talk to. They took care of our dog Cole for more than 19 years, and while we were away on holiday, his time had come. The vet nurses came to our house to relieve him of his pain. We’re so grateful Cole didn’t have to go through the additional trauma of leaving home and going to the surgery.
