Please use the form below to request a repeat prescription for your pet’s medication. Orders are usually ready within 7 days, and we will be in contact with you when it’s ready for collection. For same-day collection, please contact the clinic directly via phone.

Your pet legally needs to have been seen at this practice within the last 6 months unless an earlier recheck has been recommended. This is to ensure the medication prescribed is safe, effective and appropriate for your pet.
