Gordonvale Veterinary Surgery has been a trusted part of the Gordonvale community since 1979. What began as a small clinic operating just three mornings a week has grown into a dedicated veterinary practice proudly supporting the southern regions of Cairns six days a week.

Our Story
Since opening in 1966, our clinic has remained a cornerstone of pet care in Far North Queensland. With two convenient locations at 76 Pease Street, Manoora, and 28 Norman Street, Gordonvale, our dedicated team works together to provide exceptional service to pets and their owners.
Our clinics are equipped with modern facilities, including advanced surgical theatres, digital radiography, dental suites and in-house laboratories. Equipped with these advanced on-site resources, our team is better able to deliver prompt and accurate care in all scenarios, whether it’s a routine health check, emergency surgery, or advanced orthopaedic procedure.

We partner with YAPS (Young Animal Protection Society) and NQAR (North Queensland Animal Rescue), supporting rescue pets in need of medical treatment.
